We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Power Transmission/ Motion Control Representative in our Saint Louis, Missouri headquarters. This role is a ground floor opportunity to be a leader in the rapidly expanding PT Division. This position is responsible for outside sales. This professional will be managing accounts, planning individual and joint calls, supporting and working with inside sales, presenting products using advanced knowledge of products and services FG has to offer. The role will be responsible for actively communicating with managers, inside sales, and customers. The Outside Sales Representative will promptly complete required reporting, and actively update the CRM tool. It will be imperative for the Sales Representative to continue to advancing their personal knowledge of existing and new products. This person will also be providing direction and pricing for inside sales to prepare quotes.

Regional Manager – Electrical Manufacturer
Our client, a leader in the products in which it manufacturers, is adding its first Central Regional Manager and/or Eastern Regional Manager The ideal Central RM candidate should be Chicagoland-based. However, we are flexible as to the residency of the successful candidate; as long as it is in the Midwest. For the Eastern RM, ideally mid-Atlantic but are open to residency.
The main function is to identify, and close opportunities for the products through proactive management of an independent sales network, end-user customers and influencers in your territory. Additionally, the sales manager is integral to ensuring that the brand is well-recognized by electrical distributors in the local marketplace.
Here is what we are looking for:
- Background in the electrical wholesale industry (manufacturer or rep) preferably with a multi-state regional sales background
- Knowledge of how the manufacturer-rep-distributor-end user relationship works
- Industrial product knowledge along with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Experience in working closely with engineers and large end-users in getting products specified
- Technical product understanding
- Minimum five years’ experience and Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
